Common questions

Do you build the driver app, the customer app, or both?

Either or both. On Zaseva I owned the driver app end to end in Spanish for the Mexican market; on others I've built the admin and tracking side that sits behind it.

How do you handle real-time tracking?

SignalR for live presence, assignment and location, with a clean reconnection story so a driver dropping signal doesn't break the job.
